How and When You Get Paid

Once a buyer books your item, we confirm the booking before arranging pickup. At pickup, you'll receive a written agreement and a security cheque as protection, returned once your payment clears. Your item is delivered to the buyer, and once delivery is successfully completed, you're paid within 24 hours.

If the buyer refuses it

If a buyer refuses the item at delivery, it goes straight back to you on the same trip — we never take separate possession of it in between.

Your address and contact details are only used to arrange the inspection and pickup, and are never shared with buyers directly.
