Rooted in Trust
One day, I was sitting in my room thinking about changing my furniture. I was really bored with the old stuff, but every time I thought about selling it, finding a buyer, bargaining, transportation, and all the stress, I would change my mind.
Then one day my father said, 'Why don't you sell it to the local furniture vendor and buy new ones?' That suggestion got me thinking, but I still ran into the same old problems. That's when I realised this wasn't just my problem.

Before Swapot, Haroon spent close to two decades in ecommerce technology, including hands-on development work for major global retailers like Sainsbury's, Superdrug and Turner Broadcasting. In 2010, he founded Innovadel Technologies, now a Salesforce Commerce Cloud consulting partner with a team of over 50, building ecommerce and AI systems for businesses internationally.
In 2023, that same experience turned toward a problem closer to home: Pakistan's broken market for trust-based services. Haroon founded KaamKrew, a home services marketplace already operating across Pakistan, built to solve exactly the kind of problem Swapot solves now, connecting people who need something done with people who can actually be trusted to do it.

As part of that registration, SECP visited our office in person to verify it. We also have a real office at 436-M, Model Town Extension, Lahore.
