Add it to your cart and continue to checkout. This reserves the item it doesn't complete your order. A small booking amount secures it while you review everything.
Once your booking is confirmed, Swapot handles pickup from the seller and delivers the item straight to your address. No renting a van, no figuring out transport, no coordinating with strangers.
When the item arrives, look it over while our delivery team is still there. If it matches the listing, pay the remaining balance and it's yours. If something doesn't match under our acceptance policy, you can refuse it on the spot.
Submit your details and photos. Takes under 5 minutes. Our team will review them and reach out to schedule an inspection.
Our team visits to inspect the item in person and check it matches your photos and description. Once approved, your listing goes live on Swapot.
Buyers browse, ask questions and book through the platform. You won't receive any messages, calls or visits from strangers.
Once a buyer's booking is confirmed, we arrange pickup. At pickup, you'll receive a written agreement and a security cheque as protection. Once delivery is successfully completed, you're paid within 24 hours and your cheque is returned.
